Telecom Design

SaaS and mobile application with a team of approximately 15 people

Telecom Design

Telecom Design is a B2B company that sells connected devices aimed at improving the well-being of seniors. The equipment I worked on included the smart home hub and a watch that detects and prevents falls.

When I arrived, my mission was to overhaul the SaaS platform and add new features. Realizing there was no UI/UX designer in the company, I had to take on that role and translate the marketing team's requests. So, I started by designing interfaces using Figma, notably mentoring an intern who joined us for three months to work on this. I was then able to develop these mockups. As for constraints, we had to maintain the existing system, as it was already in use by our clients. I developed in Vue, interacting with APIs developed by the back-end team.

Initially, the SaaS application had no name; now it's called Teodor and is a real business driver for Telecom Design. Teodor was originally developed for our business clients, enabling them to manage their residential customer base. Features I worked on after the UI/UX redesign was complete: • Dashboard with graphs showing the status of the customer base • More detailed management of the boxes and their peripherals • Messaging: for sending messages to the boxes • User management (installers and administrators) • Management of box and peripheral groups • Management of SIM cards integrated into the boxes • Improvements to interfaces used exclusively internally by our Telecom Design teams • Communication between our mobile applications, particularly the one for caregivers
